How to clean/ Polish New clear coated wheels

I just purchased a new Charger RT Max with the 20in wheel package. There are a few what look to be water spots or stains that will not come out with car shampoo. What are some safe recommendations to get these wheels properly cleaned and protected?
The wheels are clear coated.

I have used a cleaner wax on my wheels. I keep a bottle of megs cleaner wax handy for things like that.

Treat like paint and seal with Opti-Coat or Blackfire Metal Sealant.
