After re-visting this thread, I think I may have discovered where I lost my Pirate Beach Towel.
I'll send the above picture to my friend Shawn at Kiddy's Classics in Jensen Beach and see if he's seen it around?

Good news... Shawn confirmed, my Pirate Beach Towel is at his shop.
Here's a picture he took of it being used as a Fender Protector.
