Help/advice needed. Solvent pop (?) on a 1954 Oldsmobile convertible

    Hello all!
I am new here and also the new owner of a 1954 Oldsmobile Starfire 98 convertible. The car has a good shine to it and is very presentable, however it has bubbling in the paint that appears to be solvent pop, based on my research and what I’ve seen in searches. I attached some pictures. I’m wondering if this issue can be resolved/greatly diminished short of repainting the affected areas. Thanks so much in advance!

I've looked at these photo's and not being a body shop guy... I hate to say it, but I don't see any way around but bringing to a body shop to get an opinion.

I would for sure get a second opinion at a body shop,,I would say paint is blistering perhaps a chemical reaction under the primer even or pinhole rust popping up but really who knows,,have someone look at it in person.
