Help me choose product to remove these swirl / scratches
First time attemping to polish swirls and scratches out.
There seems to be tons of products that claim to remove scratches, but i'm not sure which one to pick because they all range from light - deep.
I have a HF dual action and the Chem Guys pink pad. Which product would you think would work best?

The sections in the middle are like squares, look like water spots maybe?

For a start you can try 3D One it has been getting great reviews. If this is your first time it is not a good idea to try to remove scratches. Instead you should go for improvement and preserve clear coat.

Great advice even if you are experienced! If you don't know how much paint is on the car, there is a risk of taking off too much. Also, if you hang on to cars for a long time like I do, I won't go too agressive in order to preserve the the clear coat.
What type of car is this? Do you only have the one polishing pad, or do you have others for your polisher? A few of those details will be really helpful for people to provide advice on how to proceed.

Do you have any "products" at all?
As in compounds, polishes or cleaner/waxes?
These are the things with abrasives in them that would remove defects with your HF and pink pad.
