Re: SEMA 2022/2023 New Products
Carpro really seems to be interested in getting a slick coating, i like that. And it seems most all the companies now are trying to make the application as easy as possible for hobbyists - prosumer line.
Its good stuff..

Dquartz is not a slick coating. A consumer version is in the works.

For some context:
DQUARTZ can be used as a standalone coating for automotive paint and will produce the same results when used on metals. Beyond the hardness improvements, it packs strong chemical and environmental resistances, as well as our greatest pride and joy – slickness and self-cleaning.
But i noticed on carpro facebook the pro version is not slick, the ari guy said - not sure if i have his name right!
Looks like Protech is onto something. I think most agree Car pro is one of the best detailing brands on the market.
Side note: Reggy Cox from labocosmetica stated in a recent video taken in a Korean detailing warehouse that it was the first time he saw Carpro products in Korea. I have no idea how many times he was there before. It was very interesting. Lots of well known brands where there also - Gyeon, sonax, scholls, tacsystems, megs etc
