Older 6" Polisher question
So my GG polisher is a bit older, maybe 10-12 years old and I think I'm in need of a new motor brush. Unfortunately GG is not returning any of my e-mails and I don't have a model number on my polisher for them to reference, just a picture. Can anyone assist me with finding out A) What model polisher this is, and B) where can I find a motor brush for it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

P.S. Sorry about the links, I couldn't figure out why the system wouldn't let me post the pictures directly.

Re: Older 6" Polisher question
It's a Griot's 6" orbital polisher. This should be the model number: GR-10813
It's their standard polisher, so you should not have any issues getting replacement parts for it. And, Griot's customer service is excellent, so give them another shot.
Hope this helps!

Doesn't it have a life time warranty?

Re: Older 6" Polisher question
I would just call Griot's Customer Service. 1-800-345-5789. Best company you'll ever deal with.
I'm not sure about your 10 year old unit, but my GG6 purchased in 2016 came with a spare set of brushes in the box. Any chance you still have your original box?
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Unfortunately no. I’ve moved around a lot in 10+ years. I will try calling them tomorrow. Thank you everyone for your help!
