I can get 2-3 weeks from 253 with a few rainy drives.
Re-applying it every so often is no big deal to me.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Easy to dress. The secret is using a FLAGGED TIPPED BRUSH. Spray on the #253 directly on the brush. Then go around the tire with it to apply it and even it out. Perfect results every time. I have no issues with the #253 as far as lasting. The no sling is worth it to me alone. And I love the look of #253.

I saw similar results which is really pretty remarkable considering I've tried products which would last half as long and would never survive a single rainy drive...or even sitting in a parking lot in the rain.
Agree on the application. I have no problems with a wipe down after washing the car.

Re: Looking for a High Gloss Tire Shine that doesn't sling.
I recently bought a bottle of Optimum’s TPC because I wanted something that would last a long time. I found it too glossy for my taste, but the durability is pretty impressive.
I started using CarPro PERL because I can dilute it down to nice matte finish and it lasts reasonably well. I haven’t noticed any sling with either of them, but I don’t apply them heavily.

PERL doesn’t sling IME and it can last indefinitely on “good” cars that are garage kept and don’t see rain.
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.
