See post #22....... Lol

PaulMys / Maxreed,
Good call, still surprised more didn’t mention it. Good to see that some loyalists are included in here. It’s probably my next car wash purchase after fiddling around with tons of different 16oz bottles over the last few years.

Optimum is also very, very good as I mentioned.

Re: Current Favorite Soap/Shampoo
I've seen 3D Pink Car Soap mentioned a few times, but haven't seen CG Mr. Pink mentioned all that much. Considering that they are practically the same price, is there much of a difference (performance wise) between the two? I haven't tried either yet...but I am definitely interested in both.
Optimum Car Wash has been mentioned several times as well, so it seems that it is well liked and apparently does a really good job. It's definitely very affordable, that's for sure. The only knock I seem to recall hearing about it was that the lubricity at the recommended dilution ratio wasn't the greatest and that in order to maximize the lubricity the amount of OCW should be bumped up just a tad....is that true?

I find the lubricity to be just fine @ 1/2oz per gallon.

Don’t have a lot of experience with soaps ( currently have OCW, Reset, HD snow foam, Griots foaming surface wash) and feel lubricity was super slick. 2 oz to 3.5 gallons.

Ignorance was bliss.
So very true. Been there in the 60's with that scenario.

Not at all true. I find the lubricity to be very good at the prescribed dilution. In fact, the only other soap I've used which had more was the Poorboys, but I find the Optimum actually rinses off a little easier.

I was under the impression that it is a pure soap?

3D Pink is some pretty damn good soap. Lots of suds and seems to have more cleaning power because of them. Great price too.

Is it really that good? I’ve always found its price tag a bit offensive.
Does anyone use the Blackfire Foam Booster? I have a sample but I haven’t tried it yet.
