Re-discovered Optimum Hyper Polish.....
This stuff is liquid gold!!!!!!!! It finishes better than anything I've EVER tried, and I've tried A LOT! The thing that put it over the top, I could not find a polish that would finish with no micro-marring using a gear driven DA(Flex 3401) on softer black paint(not ultraa soft, that's near impossible with any machine). Anyhow, Flex 3401 + Hyper Polish + B&S Yellow Uro-Tec did the trick!! I've also tested Hyper Polish against Sonax Perfect Finish(another favorite) with the same type of pads. They finished the same on some pads, but there were a couple of pads where HP finished better than PF. Another plus, no dusting from HP. Love it!!

It is indeed a good polish. My only gripe with it is that it stains pads. All of my rupes yellow pads have a green tint to them.

Ahh.... Something here actually UNIQUE that works...
I use GPS - same kinda deal. Has virtually zero cut - but as a paint cleaner / sealant combo it’s great.
The reason it is great is: no dust and the sprayable polish idea is brilliant & just works. So much nicer than glopping lotion polish all over.
If I ever need to buy polish again - I would buy HyperPolish as a first choice just cuz it’s sprayable & I know Optimum polishes work
At this point Polish II has been my go to for the GG6. It’s great as well - but when it runs out HP all the way

I have to agree, Mark. I use this stuff a lot. So much so, I bought a gallon. It seriously last forever. While it doesn’t have the cut of some other “finishing polishes” it works great for my second step after compounding.
Works great on every machine: PC, 3401, long throws and rotary. Super easy wipe off is really sweet also. I have really been liking the combo of this polish, the Flex XFE and a crimson HT pad. Finishes wonderfully on every paint, even resprays.

Agreed. Works well on soft paint but stains pads and pita to clean residue off pads as mentioned. Consistency of polish is like hair gel.

Re: Re-discovered Optimum Hyper Polish.....
The staining part doesn't bother me. I'm pretty sure when I wash the pads, the "rest" of the polish gets out. I could see this as my go to for 1-steps on soft black paint and as a following up after compounding on any paint. Another huge plus is no dust! I'm really getting used that with other polishes(BOSS creams), so I've become picky.

Yeah the Hyper polish is pretty much my go to finishing polish on most jobs. Hyper polish on a Rupes yellow pad with a Duetto is awesome.

Mark, how's the wipe off?
Does it leave ya chasing oils, or does a couple wipes take care of it?

Hi Dan, the wipe off is fairly easy. I do find it on the oily side, but not the most oily I’ve ever used.

Are you wiping it off with an ONR dampened towel like they always demo in their videos? It always seems to wipe off effortlessly when they use a towel damp with ONR
