Can't clean AIO from pads?!?
Is there any way to clean AIO (and LSP) pads after use? I've been soaking the pads in McKee's 37 Pad Rejuvenator, but that only works to a point. Because products like McKee's 370 360 and Blackfire One Step have a sealant in them, the M37 PR solution doesn't seem to get the sealant out very well. Is there another method or chemical you all use to clean those pads? Dawn dishwashing soap maybe? Thanks for suggestions!

McKees 360, while it's an awesome product, stained every pad I used it with. I finally gave up trying to get them completely clean, and now those pads are dedicated for 360.

I do the same. I had the same issue with HD Speed and pads staining. Clean them until you can’t see any product coming out, then dedicate those pads to AIO use. I hate that I probably have 50-60 pads, but that is just the price of being prepared

same. but the stains don't bother me or lead me to believe they're no longer good. I still clean them with xmt pad cleaner and brush.

After soaking them in APC I clean them with LA Awesome Orange Degreaser from the Dollar Store. Doesn't get all the stain out, but gets the LSP and AIO out of the pad.

Mckee's Polishing Pad Cleaner works wonders.
It even got out some older stains from HD Speed on my LC flats & ThinPros.

I'm curious how you use it. Do you let the gunk dry into the pads and then just use M37 Polishing Pad Cleaner on the surface and then scrub?
I'm thinking about mixing up a bucket of M37 Pad Rejuvenator and tossing each spent pad into the solution right after using them (while still wet with AIO product). Then spray them with M37 Pad Cleaner as I take them (soaked) out of the solution and scrub them with a brush to clean. Does that sound like a good plan?

I do not let the product dry into the pads.
I'm sure your idea would work.
I'm just a hobbyist, so when I am done with a pad, (still wet with product) I spray the McKee's PPC liberally onto the pad, then scrub it pretty good with my pad cleaning brush. (I have the Griot's brush) I'll let it sit a couple minutes, then go wash it out in the sink.
I am very impressed with how well it cleans my pads.

Re: Can't clean AIO from pads?!?
I have testing to spray some 50% ipa on the pad so it's just get a little saturated. Massage it in the pad and wait a couple of minutes and then in the bucket with the pad cleaner solution. The AIO I used was a carnuaba wax based one. And think I got it to be clean. It looked and feeled clean when rinsed out in the sink. Will see how the pads works next time I use them.

Re: Can't clean AIO from pads?!?
HD Speed stains like hell but it doesn't ruin the pad. The pad works just as good the next time you use it. We use a 4 gallon bucket filled with warm water and a packet of Snappy Clean and let them soak at the job sight and overnight.
