Re: Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads
How is the cutting power compared to megs and rupes? Rupes will also bring new versions of mf pads, no more color coded fibers

No side by sides, but they cut very well.

Re: Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads
A local guy got one that we tested. Did pretty nice job removing 2000 grit with M100 on a legacy 21 (modded).
We didn't do any side by side comparisons though.

looks like B&S are releasing the uro-wool pads which will be available in the following 3", 5", 6" sizes...
also, the uro-tec microfiber finishing pad should be available soon as well...

Re: Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads
Do these start peeling off the foam after the first or second use like the regular buff and shine junk mf pads?

Looks nice. I wonder when they introduce uro-fiber cutting pad instead of that original one step pad.

Re: Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads
If your having problems with the starting to delaminate you are running them too hot. I've had mine for a while and probably have put 4 sessions on each and no problems. I just swap out every panel, check the temp while I'm polishing, use vented bp, and don't run full throttle, and no need for heavy amounts of pressure. You will blow up any MF pad running full speed. There is no need to run full throttle with any MF pad. I only go up to 4 and that's enough. I blew up a few MF pads in my time before I figured out you can't treat them like foam.
