It was first washed with zep citrus, scrubbed, then hosed off. Then when dry, Megs hyper dressing was misted on.

Optimum Power Clean and agitate well (i mist with ONR wash dilution or water to extended working time and prevent drying), rinse well, blow off and depending on how it looks undressed, possibly dress with 4:1 HD.

Clean the hoses with Meguiar's M39.

    Afterwards:
Dress them with a "water-based" product such as:
    •Optimum Opti-Bond
    •303 AP

Thanks for all the tips and suggestions. I ended up going with Silk Shine per wing commanders advice. After watching a video, I also purchased the Nonsense All Surface Cleaner as Chemical Guys recommended using before applying Silk Shine.

After cleaning the problem areas with Nonsense, I found that that alone returned the problem areas back to their original condition. I have yet to apply the Silk Shine. At this point, I'm not sure if I'm going to go that far. I kind of like the OEM appearance.

After cleaning any water type tire dressing will work.

I use hyper dressing 4:1. Looks great.
