Believe it or not, his "excuse" was a seagull or pelican flew across in front of him that caused him to swerve resulting in the splash. Unbeknown to him, the entire incident was ironically caught on film and no UFO's were visible...

Seeing one in the flesh allows one to take the proper time digesting the design, shear quality, and in the craftsmanship both inside and out. When I was in Berlin Germany I stopped in to a Bugatti dealership and was afforded the opportunity to to do just that and it's quite an impressive machine.

Hey Bobby...I think this was an insurance scam. I'll try to find the story but I read somewhere where this guy insured the car for 2 mil, when it was only 1 mill. And now, since its totaled he wants the 2 mil.
Here's the story:

Elkin...you did an amazing job on that car! I would love to just see this machine in person, let alone detail it...let alone use $3k+ wax on it. Nice job!

Hahahah that's awesome Bobby G. I wish Bugatti would have made the body design a little nicer on the Veyron for the price it costs. The quality and craftmanship is superb on the Bugatti and it's extremely fast.
Great job on the detail!

Bud, when I first saw that video I was speechless! If you search around there should also be some pictures of the car being pulled out of the drink. It's covered with mud, muck, weeds, and slime........what a mess.
The one bright point here is the engine doesn't "appear" to have become submerged but the air intakes, and I think there are 7 may be...
I am doing just fine now and actually started running for the first time yesterday since the surgery............slowly or course!!
