Winter's coming it's time to seal the paint
Here in NJ the temps are starting to drop a bit and winter isn't all that far off so it's time to start getting the paint ready for the nasty weather ahead. I've started by using Collinite 845, two coats so far and will probably put another one or two in the next week. I was wondering what some of you folks living where cold climate hits, will be using to protect there paint?

I just keep supernatural on my Infiniti. I am going to try the Dodo skull candy on the wifes DD when I get it. We will see how well their hybrid wax does in the Chicago winters.

I've tried several methods and find myself apply more and more liquids using my DA polisher. This method allows me to control the amount of product I use and apply a more uniform coat of product.
It not only guarantees a more uniform coverage, it doesn't waste expensive products unnecessarily.

Everybody has different preferences. Some like bourbon, others like scotch. Some like hand application, others like DA application. Try both and pick what works for you best. There is no right or wrong answer to the application question.
