Re: Lightroom Shots from my Detailing Studio!
What is the reason for the extra paint?
Is this something Mercedes-Benz is doing for detailers and car owners so we have something to work with over time?
If so... that would be a trend I would like to see travel to other car manufactures...
Great photos...

Hey Mike!
Wouldn't we all love to see that. I'm guessing that it's because the SLS is produced in limited numbers. I doubt it's a unilateral initiative on their part. Continental cars aren't so much the issue as you would know. With some solid experience and a PTG for accuracy, German cars can be detailed and maintained for years on end. It's their Japanese counterparts that have the softest and thinnest paintwork that always keeps you on your toes. Get your hands on a Nissan GT-R, their flagship rocket on steroids and if you had a white pearl paintwork version, you could actually peel off the paint along the gaps of the panels with your fingernails. And it ain't a cheap car either.

I don't go off on a rant very often on forums but when I have in the past it's usually on the topic of topcoat thickness, (film build), or the lack thereof...
I like your Sig Line too...
"Detailing is as much an art as it is a science"
A long time ago I figured out that polishing paint is an art form because not only does it require quality products and good technique, it also requires the human elements of care and passion... experience and skill help a lot too...

Hi poyo,
You're welcome to drop by for a visit. I'm not hiring at the moment as I already have over a dozen detailing crew members on the floor but thanks for indicating your interest.

This is a rare classic that was built as a kit from South Africa for one bespoke owner here. It's the only Ford GT40 in the country and participates in a number of classic car races throughout the year. An absolute beauty...

Awesome photography on some amazing automobiles.
Just checked out your website and WOW what a set up you have over there. You have spared no expense and it shows in your end product. I look forward to seeing more work that you post!
