Incredible weather hear outside Chicago. 60 Degrees and decided to wash the car in the driveway. I got a chance to try a few new items that I bought on some of the recent sales:
Big Blue Towel (Medium Size). This worked really well and I actually would recommend the smallest size. Medium size got a little tough to handle as it got wet. It left no lint and
amazingly soft.
Griots PFM drying towels: These are excellent and I was very impressed with these towels. On par with similar towels I have used from Rag Company.
Wolfgang Uber Rinseless (used as drying aid): This stuff is amazing and with the dilution to make a detail spray gallon size is incredible value.
Optimum Tire dressing; Very nice product, goes on easy and did not take a lot to cover each well. Nice matte finish.
Looking forward to getting my winter tires off and my nice 20's back on the car.
same here, boston, ma. 50 degrees tomorrow going to be using my brand new pressure washer to wash my car then detailing my fathers work truck for the long weekend.
Just down the road for you, and it's headed for 70 today and nearly 70 tomorrow!
Weather was almost just as warm last weekend and I already washed everything. The fact I've been able to hand wash my car twice this winter blows my mind. I've never seen it this warm as February is normally the coldest month of the year.
