tried the burgundy cutting foam disc couple of days ago.
the pad was rotating with very high speed, no matter how much pressure i was putting on the machine. is it normal?

i tend to apply with a DA on pair with a red foam pad.

interesting idea about the flip top, as my original bottle cap doesn't hold.

my collinite 845 is always in its liquid form (at the top almost a layer of transparent liquid) and i do remember that at first it was more thick.

should i store it in a cooler place, say basement?

yes, i know prior using give it a good shake and it becomes watery, BUT afterwards, next day - shouldn't it get thicker again?

hey guys, can you please check if your 845 is "watery" or "thick" in the bottle?

for a long time mine was very thick, couple of days ago i review my detailing products and gave the 845 a good...

i remember leaving mine for at least 15 minutes before buffing it off.
next time i guess i'll leave it even longer, to bond better with the paint.
then, after 30-60 minutes a second coating, for...

my bottle of collinite 845 can't be closed properly using it's cap.
when it almost closed - it skips all and the bottle is open, so air getting into the bottle.
should i worry? it would dry?

i'm pretty new to this, so.. not good?

can i top it up with say Poorboys Nattys Blue? i miss the "warm" look. i find Colli's look more like of a sealant. am i the only one?

tried it, finally, today on a DA with finishing pad. my impressions so far are.. WOW! it goes so easy and a little is more! much more!

been reading here to left cure for 12 hours before layering.
if my car stays outside (no garage, i'm afraid) - should the car be quick rinsed just before the second layer (in 12 hours)?
