    summer washer fluid

now that summer is here, along with the bugs, what do you fill your washer bottle with? best i found is blue coral bug wash. green in color. cleans like mad! a few swipes of the wipers and 90% of the aftermath is gone. if you look you can get the concentrate. makes 2 gallons.

Does this stuff harm the finish of the car when the overspray/runoff gets on the paint? Does it strip the LSP or anything?

    Thanks!

    Re: summer washer fluid

Just wanted to open up this thread for a quick follow-up question: Is there anything that I need to make sure isn't in washer fluid (i.e. is there some ingredient that cheaper brands use that is harmful to my car)?. Or anything is OK, and then certain brands or additives are just better?

Also, I generally use the same product year-round, so I'm concerned about just using water and an additive as I assume that would freeze in the winter.

    Thanks!
