Yeah JB4 and Stillen are on the radar for sure. My buddy has the Stillen TruControl and he made 330 hp/353 lbs ft on the Mustang dyno. That torque number scares me a bit with the 8 spd DCT, 6 spd manual had NO problems supporting that

In the VW/Audi world the DCT's are much more durable than the manuals. The OEM clutches in those cars seem to be designed for stock power/torque and tuning leads to premature clutch plate wear on the manual. DCTs handle the tunes much better without any modifications, whereas the manual guys pretty much understand they need to get an aftermarket clutchplate when going stage 2 or higher.
Not sure if that is the case in the Hyundai world.

I should know this but I read something somewhere that the DCT in my car is good for either 350 hp or 350 lbs ft of torque, the manual I'd good for another 50!
I really wonder if the HPFP just couldn't keep up with partial throttle but could with WOT

Not too bad with the stock ECU and 17 psi, did get some wheel hop but not horrible. This was 2800 rpm launch, will try 2500 next time

Re: From "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!
I'm willing to try this based off the reviewer having an issue with "partial throttle" issues.
The O.E. HPFP is known to be weak, so even when this is swapped in, tuned ECU is swapped BACK in and it doesn't cure the "partial throttle" issue, I'll have an upgraded part on the EN (stock ECU would go back in if the upgraded HPFP doesn't fix it, obviously)
