aint it funny in the year 2013 that it's significant enough to start a thread about hiring a woman?

A girl I'm seeing for a few months now just stated she's willing to help me out. I have a mobile detailing truck, have tried out 3 different guys to work with, but just seems like they don't have the passion I do for detailing. I doubt she would !

Not quite sure but Meg's was around, so we know what product line would be used!

AG does it all the time, (it really does work to btw)

Look how many post Cosmin got from a simple post.

The saying does pop into my head: can't mix business with pleasure.

    Re: i hired a woman

If you have a "diverse" talent pool out there, why ignore it?
After all...You are the HR Department of your Business, aren't you?

(And even though your new business associate appears young in chronological years)...
Having such a diverse workforce will reflect in multi-forms of this associate's assorted interests,
abilities, experiences... and perhaps even World-views:
And, IMO...This can only enhance the mission of your Business.

    However...
I found that the hardest part of this type of hiring-experience that befalls the "HR-personnel",
is when it must be announced to the diverse-associate (that just so happens to be a family member)...
that, due to unforeseen circumstances, their services are no longer required.

    Talk about an unhappy camper!!

Hopefully you'll never be faced with this "dark side" of nepotism.

This is a pointless thread? A detailer is a detailer, if you're going to stereotype you might as well have said woman are better at cleaning. I'm the opposite of a feminist but this is pretty dumb
