Product suggestion - Applicator pad with a pocket
I was at my local auto supply store checking out the weekly sales. I found a large, round microfiber applicator pad with a pocket built in. I thought it was kind of neat. I bought one to try out. I sprayed some Hyper Dressing on it and then "wiped" down the vinyl portions of the interior with it. Very nice. I may get one for exterior use. I'll at the least get one for use as a tire swipe...gotta be easier than a towel.
I liked the pocket as it made it easier to hold vs a towel or a pocketless pad. I've dropped a few foam pads when applying spray wax. It was a little pricey because it was a retail store purchase.
I was wondering if Autogeek can look into something like this and sell in bulk?

AG has blue microfiber pads, I have a couple, not sure if they have any with pockets though http://www.autogeek.net/cbp100.html

It's not so much the material but the pocket built in the pad that I liked. I can basically stick 4 fingers in it and then use it. With my fingers in it, I can move the pad around and apply even pressure with a firm grip on the pad.
I'll see if ican take a pic tonight.

hmmmmm... not a pad per say, but iirc AG has some microfiber gloves that would make waxing easier. Talk about geting in touch with your car's finish!

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. They are awesome. I have like 10-15 of them. I never have to worry about dropping them and they larger than a normal pad. I use them for dressing, leather cleaning, and some waxing. .99 at Wal Mart.
