Is my WW towel supposed to do this?

Got my new WW towel and used it once to dry a car. Haven't washed or dried it yet and it's got this going on.

My Prancing Donkeys emblems does this to my WW and drying towels.

It is the nature of waffle weave towels. (I don't blame the donkeys.)
