Is there such a product as this?

A chemical paint cleaner that is NOT an AIO? Don't want polish, don't want polymers, don't want wax, just a plain chemical cleaner that will strip the finish of previously applied products to start with a clean slate and hand applied. Yes I am aware of clay and the newer "claylike" fabrics but that's not what I'm asking about.

I suppose isopropyl alcohol could be considered one but that's not quite what I had in mind. Any "pure" cleaning products available that I have missed in my searches? Yes I know that an actual polish (I[refer Menzerna) with one of my buffers would do the job but that's not what I'm looking for.

Even though Klasse is identified as an AIO I would consider it a paint cleaner.

DP Prep Polish, DG Squeaky Clean, those come to mind.
    Back to the full-time grind.

I have the original formula Pre VOC but that's not what I'm looking for. Thanks though.

How can Squeaky Clean not be what you had in mind? It's DG 501 without the sealant, invented by our favorite Canadian cop, Richy.

Thank you very much, these are exactly what I had in mind but just couldn't find them. I am in your debt.
