Wow I like it! Been looking all over for that. Can't seem to find it anywhere in FL. May have to see if I can order it.

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
I've been tempted to add another coat to the tires but I want to ride it out for the entire winter and show with this stuff can really do!

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
Mine has been on since October 10! Nearly four months!
Another question: have any of you used the carrand tire brush from the DP kit to apply the TW coating? If so, how were the results over the foam applicator.

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
I was about 3-4 weeks into my coating and it looked great.
Today I made the mistake of spraying the tires with Megs wheel + tire cleaner and sprayed it off fairly quickly however it removed a good bit of it!
Stick to soap and water for tire cleaning,
Going to recoat. This stuff is great

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
I have been cleaning my tires with bleach white when I do a rinse less wash and the coating is still holding up. If a little bit of wheel cleaner gets on the tires it really shouldn't be too much of a problem but you always have the option to reapply with one coat and that should be good enough.

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
Those who have used the trim coating, does it work on smooth plastic like on the pillars between my windows and plastic on the bottom of my side mirrors? Or is it only for the more textured plastic like on the wiper cowl?

See my last post on using it in the smooth plastic on my wheel wells. That's my experience using it.

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
Okay. So today marked the four month anniversary of applying. The tires had a satin/gloss look still, and they were dusty. This coating is great!
I just did a strip and reapply. (Next time I won't be stripping! Ugh.) a They look great and I still have probably 3/4 of a bottle left after now doing a total of 12 tires.
So here is what I have to say about the tires, in direct, bright sunlight...the typical autogeeker could see a slight brownish if you are really looking. Could that be from me not cleaning the tires enough initially? Probably.
TL;DR great coating, takes a long time to apply, lasts even longer :P

Re: Coated my tires today and WOW,
Long time to apply? I just did a GMC Terrain this weekend, I used the mothers back to black tire renew cleaner with microfiber towels, one pass cleaning. Then did two coats of the TW endura coat. It was around 55 degrees high that day. Not sure of humidity, obviously temp was a little questionable but I wanted to get something on the tires before I can coat them better in the spring if needed. I didn't take any pics cause they are just OEM Michelin tires with fresh coats on them nothing ground breaking. See how it holds up in the less than optimal conditions. Tried to make it as basic of an application as possible by just cleaning once and throwing two coats on with out much thought.
Will update as time goes on
The coating on my Michelin X-ice winter tires is doing it's thing. Still my initial coats from installation like in November. The cars sees my automatic car was at work a couple times a week as needed. And I just touch the paint up (like I did this weekend) periodically for the swirls that the car wash applies to my soft toyota paint. I have been having good results with AF tRipple on it by hand. So I just let the auto car wash clean my tires, no chemicals, no hand scrubbing no drying even afterwards just wash and go. Very nice sheen still

I use it to coat all exterior plastics when faded, works great, leaves the plastic looking new, I use one of those paint sponges to apply it, they're square so it makes it very easy to apply and not get on paint or glass.
