Thank you for your concern Kevin and Klasse. My wife was driving as that is her baby. To make a long story short the car experienced some sort of freak throttle issue/failure. It accelerated on it's own as my wife was pulling into her parking spot. Stuck to the floor. It all happened quick.
I wrote a detailed post about it here. No offense,but I can't go through all of it again. At least the peeling clear on the spoiler isn't so bad now..
Here is something else kinda crazy. See the Terrain in the pic I posted? It belongs to some really good friends of my parents. The next day someone rearended them,and the Terrain got torn up pretty bad. Weird coincidence.
Glad nobody got hurt. Could've been worse. But it still sucks bad.....

Glad she is okay. I suspect they'll be able to pull data logs of some sort to see what the ECU Shows. Downside is I would tend to be leery of anyone at GM admitting fault.

My car sitting outside the body shop. Waiting on the rear tub replacement and new rear bumper etc after an accident a couple weeks ago. Ready to get my car back

Yes. That is the main thing. I so dread having to deal with insurance and possibly GM/Dealer.
