    Time To Upgrade

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade from my old Porter Cable rotary. I'm torn between the Makita and the Flex LK603VVB.
FLEX LK603VVB Circular Polisher, rotary polisher, circular buffer, rotary buffer, Flex car buffer, Flex polisher, Flex car polisher, german polisher
Makita 9227C 7 inch Circular Polisher
If you had to choose between the two which one would you go with. The price difference is not a factor

Of those two in particular, I'd say Makita hands down. It's about a pound lighter, which is HUGE when it comes to a tool like that.

Of course, either one will probably feel like a feather when compared to a PC7428.

lol. maybe his connection had a problem while he was posting.

Anyway to answer his question, i'd go with the Makita too.

THe Flex 603VVB and the PC 7824 are baxically the same machine as Flex made them when owned by Porter Cable. But either machine is a good choice. The Makita gives you a litte more speed versatility. As it start a 600 RPM's to the 1000 RPM's of the Flex.
