Re: So, How many times do you wash your car?
Winter time, I rarely wash my car to be honest. Like a full on wash, most of the time I go to the quarter wash and pressure hose the undercarriage and the wheel wells, those areas that are gonna be affected by road salt the most. The paint.. eh. I didn't coat the car so I can feel the need to spray wax every other week. To me, if I coat the car and it can't stand up to one winter times worth of use, then I switch coatings in the spring basically. Too cold here for me to RW my car so I just do a touchless wash every so often, take it home and give it a quick wipe down with ONR or Wolfgang. It's winter time in Canada, my car won't be looking the way it does in the summer unless I'm willing to wash my car after every time I drive it. Summer time though, I RW it about once every two to three days mostly because of the rain we get. One car is dark blue and the other is a bright lustre of red, so it shows every drop of salt that we get.

Winters here rarely are under -5°C, so, i wash my car once a week, just yesterday i wash, decontaminate with BDX and clay and put something of Gyeon Wet Coat.

Re: So, How many times do you wash your car?
Winter time only when it gets tolerable
Wheels
Prewash
Pressure Rinse
2 bm
Pressure Rinse
Dry with spray-as-you-dry sealant
Summer about twice a month
Wheels
Prewash rocker panels, bugs, or skip if not needed
Pressure Rinse
If it's hot out i'll pull in the garage and do gdwm with rinseless instead of 2bm with shampoo
Dry as I go with spray-as-you-dry sealant
I don't save any time using rinseless with this method. I only do it because our water is really bad and washing in the garage in the summer helps prevent water spots.

Re: So, How many times do you wash your car?
Spring, Summer & Fall: When it looks like it needs it; this summer was about once every 3 to 4 weeks.
Winter: If a nice 50+ degree day pops up they'll get a quick rinse/bucket wash. If no warm days I'll run em thru the basic touch less every month or so just to get undercarriage spray and remove salt residue if it's not gonna drop below freezing fora day.

Re: So, How many times do you wash your car?
I would like to add to my previous post. Currently I have 2 coats of DG #111 on my car, applied in the fall sometime and it's making clean up a breeze. I know I have 1 or 2 spray waxings in the mix as well but doing weekly washes and touch free's when I can helps me keep my sanity.
It's alway Good to have a great LSP laid down, sounds simple enough but can't be stressed enough, good car wash weekly for maintenance!

My Brilliant Black S4 gets washed weekly if not more. Van whenever I can so from once per week to every 3 at times.
In terms of your cars paint, put a Ceramic Coating on it and it will not scratch or micro mar when properly washed and dried. Not one bit. Dry wipes, yes it will as will nearly any. They show most on blacks but can be very easily polished out. I use my Rupes iBrid short neck to do minor corrections with ease. Just touched up the rear bumper where a valet at a hotel touched it with his pants/legs while loading my bags. Yeah.....I'm very picky.

Re: So, How many times do you wash your car?
Once a week with ONR and and xpress and once every 1-2 months with m21 and pressure washer. Sometimes I lightly top with pinnacle souveran. By lightly, I mean very gently across the whole paint using least amount of product I can so that wipe off is super easy. Im not sure but some of the oils in this stuff makes the car stay noticeably cleaner. Maybe its placebo, but thats what I experienced.
