I would go with Meguiars APC & Meguiars Super Degreaser. If you are looking for just one, go with the APC, you can dilute 10:1, and I've even heard of 12:1. Very economical and effective! I haven't found much it doesn't take care of at the right dilution ratio. It will even take care of 95% of what the degreaser handles, just takes a few repeat applications.

Meguiar’s All Purpose Cleaner Concentrate, 1 Gallon, works on carpet, fabric, vinyl, and leather for all-over interior cleaning.

Meguiars Super Degreaser Concentrate, meguiars D10801

I haven't used d101 yet to compare but CG allclean + is pretty decent. Also available in a smaller size than d101.

Megs APC+ or Optimum PowerClean here. I got PowerClean in a local trade. When comes time for refills - the cheapest per diluted ounce will be my purchase.

LATA has been getting a lot good
reviews lately. Here's a few of 'em:

One of the best (maybe the best)
    pad cleaners out there.

Also it is superior to other APCs
    for wheel wells and tires.

I use a lot of it.
