Re: Windshield cleaners
wow..finally some guys with an IQ over 80. Yeah, CA prevents cleaners like that to be shipped here if the contents is more than 3%. So with all window cleaners you pay for 97% of H20. Sure you can buy then 5 gallon or whatever concentrate and dilute it yourself but I dont know about that...lol. Currently I am using 'invisible glass'. What is your folks opionion of this product? However still open for sale offers.

82, actually
Lots of people like Invisible Glass. Is there a specific problem you are having? Have you used the 1z product before? Some people say ONR is a great glass cleaner, I'm not sure that I've ever tried that.

Re: Windshield cleaners
yeah, I can. Is that better than IG? IG gets too streaky for me.
@pdqgp: awesome link...why cant I get it... the link you provided is for 1Z Einszett Anti-frost Washer Fluid. WTH. Nothing fishy here..except your link.
Guess just have to live with it unless I want to buy their big gallon concentrate - that I could get shipped supposingly to CA. Thanks to the users with helpful coments..to the others...you KNOW what!

IMO:
It's a consumer product that, for some
reason or another, didn't qualify for an
exemption under these particular State
of California rules/guidelines:

I really like Meguiar's D120:
I've never had it streak; great
cleaning ability; very economical;
not limited to auto care.

I like Stoner's Invisible Glass.

Re: Windshield cleaners
The new Blackfire Glass Cleaner is very good, but a little pricy. Meg's Glass Cleaner works for me as does Stoners IG. I prefer the aerosol IG. Your streaking may be caused by your microfiber rags. Use one to apply the product and a clean one to wipe the excess. Also avoid hot glass, but with Meg's hot glass doesn't seem to cause streaking.

Re: Windshield cleaners
I know I'm in the minority but I simply didn't like D120 when I tried it. I just couldn't get it to work that well for me. It always seemed to leave behind some level of light residue that required several more passes with a clean towel to remove.
IG is decent and works for me. ....so is Sprayway which I have been using for many years. Heck, at times I have also just used an IPA and DI (or distilled water) mix with good results.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that even if D120 had given me great result, I doubt I could have gotten past the strong grape smell. ....especially in the interior.
