Re: Unofficial poll:Favorite leather cleaner/interior cleaner

I use mothers vlr or zep for maintenance but I have some come and say clean my car and they have seats that have never been cleaned. I guess im looking for more of a dedicated product that can do leather and interior stuff but may not be an APC

Thumbs up Re: Unofficial poll:Favorite leather cleaner/interior cleaner

For leather cleaner I'm a big fan of Griot's products and for interior cleaner, well, I'm old school, Optimum Power Clean aka Alien Kleen (3:1 ratio) The Alien Kleen at that ratio works great on your leather seats and then you can follow it up with Griot's leather conditioner. I know Griot's has a new 3 in 1 leather cleaner/conditioner but I haven't tried it yet but because its from Griot's I expect it to work very well

I really like McKees Interior Protectant...but I would like to try a dedicated leather conditioner some time...maybe Griots or something

Leather Masters strong cleaner or Meguairs APC for cleaning leather. Meguairs Quick Interior Detailer for maintenance.

Like was mentioned earlier in this thread, unless your leather is uncoated there probably isn't any real gain from using a dedicated leather product.

Chemical guys inner clean or for a little shine diluted hyper dressing, I use both with a detail brush and non scratch scrub pad
