Do you mean, what is the advantage of using a pre-wax paint cleaner?

If that is what you mean, I'll save Mike the trouble of linking his well written article on it!

    You'll have to admit:
    That's quite the request!!
    But...here goes:

There's a slight chance that the following products
may not be the best glaze and liquid wax in the
whole wide World, but once you use:
3M Imperial Hand Glaze in conjunction with
3M Perfect-It Show Car Liquid Wax...
you'll almost certainly have to believe that they are!

Or, if time-saving is of the utmost importance...
Combine the glazing/waxing steps by using:
Meguiars M305 Ultra Finishing Durable Glaze.

    Just a couple of suggestions.

This is a really subjective question. What is best? Most durable, best looking finish, easiest to use? Most products will have an advantage of another in one category or two.

I've tried several glazes over time and all of them worked well. I've also used a hand ful of great waxes and sealants and almost everyone of them resulted in a great finish.

I'd be willing to bet as long as you prep the surface right and use any of the quality products sold here, you'll be quite pleased with the results.

    Re: Prewaxing

Go with Poor Boys BH if toppiing with a wax. Use the CG WMF if topping with a sealant.
