I would go with a damp foam applicator. MF or cloth applicators may induce marring or swirls. A soft foam applicator is what you want.
Best to use a DA or a wax spreader with a finishing pad and get a nice even thin coat applied. Let dry to haze and then remove.

Yes you can buy direct from them.
They have their complete product line on a steel shelving unit :-)
Real nice guys the Dad Mike passed away a couple years ago and his 2 sons are running it just as the Dad did.
I do not think that they let anyone into the factory, as far as I know.

I love Collinite both 845 and 476, both awesome. I use 845 on the rims of my Camaro, 476 goes on the paint for winter, two thin layers and believe me it lasts all winter!

I applied it with a GG 3" DA and that made it much easier to apply a thin coat.

Re: Any tips with Collinite 476?
I realize this thread is a few months old, but felt it was relevant.
Yesterday, we had some above freezing temps, so the vehicle got the 2BM wash and dry. I applied 476 in October, and it was still beading well, but I figured I'd hit it again for good measure.
Air temp was about 36 °F outside, and about 42 °F in the garage. I was initially concerned about how the wax would behave with the temperature, but soon realized that it was not an issue. I went a panel at a time with a foam applicator and buffed with MF towel. No issues with application or removal whatsoever.
The car is an 09 Acura TSX with Crystal Black Pearl. She really looked good for about 8 hours. It's tough keeping a black car black during winter in NY, but I try!

I apply to entire car, let sit for 1.5 to 2 hours and then remove with a microfiber bonnet.
