about coating outside , if its only very light dust it wont be a problem, and while wiping it will wiped off, if you are talking about sand dust or soil dust.. ofcourse dont apply outside
about this user guide video, it was done long time ago, round a year , just to show how its applied, we say cleary there that the panel wasnt polish fully before the coat.thats why you see that big scratch there.
i will show soon updated video , how to apply the cquartz on car panel.
cheers

Thanks Avi,
That clears up a lot for me. The outside contaminates would be very limited but I had to ask. Looks like maybe the foam block should be sold separately like the suede applicators?
I think I;ll give it a try and add some to my cart!
Thanks again! Yale

Re: Cquartz total cure time- notice !
I am doing a coating this weekend (indoors) but it's supposed to rain the day client is picking up his car.
This post says 1hr after last wipe it can be exposed to rain. I plan to wait 6 hours just to be safe, but can more people with experience chime in to reassure my plan?
Thank you in advance!

Re: Cquartz total cure time- notice !
I'd love to know if this found to be accurate? I applied cquartz two days ago and have had it under UV lights for at least 20 hours. Am I good to go? What about getting any oil or contaminants from the road? Thank you in advance for you help.

When you say 20 hours, you mean total time under UV lights? You should be good to go, but I wouldn't wash with shampoo for a few days.

Yes Sir,
20 hours under the lights. It's getting close to 24 now. It's been cool and overcast here. Under the lights in my shop it's in the 80s.
