    Re: Apc???

I was at Walmart today and picked up a gallon of purple power for $5.37. I have just finished up a gallon of simple green. I never had any problems with it breaking down metal, or paint or leaving stains or anything. I used it on wheels, wheel wells, engines and my bike(chain). Never any problems, but it cost more than purple power. I also didn't realize purple power is biodegrable, another plus.

I also need some APC. I couldn't find any at walmart. I found multi purpose cleaner and that was it.

Whats the difference between multi purpose cleaner and all purpose cleaner?

I tried some of the OTC products and none of them compared to Meguiars APC. The smell is nice also. Many of my customers have commented they like the smell.

I'd bite the bullet and order the Meg's APC.

Meg's APC+ is better, if your going to order some.

    Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner Plus

Main uses: wheels, tires, engines, interior surfaces and upholstery, exterior trim...

    • 4:1 for heavy duty cleaning
    • 10:1 for light duty cleaning

    When the going gets tough:

    Meguiar's Super Degreaser

    Main uses: tires, engines...

    • 4:1 for heavy duty degreasing
    • 10:1 for light duty degreasing

Because they're concentrated they should be diluted prior to use making them very economical.
