To much wetsanding?
Was using 2000 grit sand paper to sand out a scratch and now in 2 spots it turned white. My paint is black. Used megs 105 to buff but it didn't come out. Paint just looks cloudy. Here is a pic. Not that great.

The spots are highlighted by the flash

See I don't know if it is down that far cause there was never any color transfer to the sandpaper

Strike-through. Looks like you've got a hot date with a paint booth!
Doesn't look like primer showing, just failed clear.

Do you guys think DrColorChip would seal that until repaint? It worked wonders on my lower spoiler scrapes.

It appears you sanded and buffed through the clear coat. Unfortunately the only solution is to repaint the panel.

it doesn't even feel like its down a level though, it feels the same as the clearcoat. i hit it was megs 105, then 205 and its got wax on it, so it is protected. the pictures aren't good, it really looks like cloudy clearcoat, but i dont know. i'll have to try to take a better picture.

Looks like primer to me, but it is hard to tell with the level of focus / lighting in your pictures.
