Hey Mark, which one of these do you prefer, the FK 1000p or the 845 IW??

You can, but you have to be able to remove the paste wax out of the tub.

I just use a regular disposable plastic knife. You only need a wee bit.

Or you could take the whole thing out like Mike and others do, using an mf glove to hold it

You can use a putty or plastic knife as Corey said, but then you have to spread it on the pad. I would think having to do this to a whole car would be fairly time consuming.

Thanks for the response. I just used 845 IW on my wife's silver Mazda 5 and I was very impressed with how good it looked.

Honestly, these two products remind me a lot of each other. The 1000p does look great on silver too.

Have you noticed any difference between the two in terms of how well they shed dirt?

What are you talking about? I am not taking anybody's word for anything, I was asking for his *opinion*.

How am I taking his word for it when I have used both products on silver myself??

Unlike you, who had never used the product in question vs. Zaino on silver....which is why I *didn't* take your word for it.
