Where can I find some IPA?

I tried all the phamacy, homedepo, walmart, and K mart around my area. all I can find is the rubbing achool. are they the same?

Rubbing alcohol is IPA.

I got mine in the pharmacy dept. at Walmart, it reads: 91% Isopropyl Alcohol (First Aid Antiseptic) on the label...

(Yes it's the same).

I got some IPA rubbing achool 70%. oooops I should of gotton the 91%. I jus experimenting for a glass cleaner and fore IPA wipe downs. i wanna mix 25% white vinagar 25% achool and 50% water to test on windows. and I believe 50/50 for IPA wipe downs. I read it somewhere that you can use 50/50 white vinagar to remove water spots???
