Does that apply to the GD method as well?

I don't see many doing this method and for me it's kinda how I feel as they both work but for days of dust I like the GD method as it's a little quicker

It has to be stubborn and thank you for confirming. I've been sending emails all night to a supplier in Australia trying to figure out why they want to risk $30k of annual business over $400 one time (ya know, in that real world job stuff). Your post went beyond detailing there and gave me the needed insight to keep up the good fight. Very timely!

Re: Rinseless Washes - 2022
Alright, everyone seems to have missed (ignored?) my bombshell about TurtleWax Rinse Free Wash & Wax from a few posts back; from the Optimum rep on the Optimum forum in November:
" Ironically, TurtleWax bought their rinseless from Optimum (along with several other products including Wax and Opti-Seal). They wanted us to dilute ONR and Dr G refused so to make more money they changed the sizes and dilution ratio. But right again, they did not train people how to use or why it worked, so failed miserably (after also failing to reverse engineer Opti-Seal).
Turtle Wax figured changing the bottle and dilution ratio would throw customers off...and they were mostly right. Their rinseless was more expensive but most never computed it. I found it funny when people said TW was better (or ONR was better) because they were the same. They didn't educate the masses on the rinseless technology and got pushback from ignorance. The product flopped and became a bargain basement deal (and yes, Big Lots still exist). Their chemist tried to reverse engineer Opti-Seal but never got it right - Dr G said that is much more difficult that TV makes it seem.
I was consulting with Optimum then but Dr G asked me to sit in TW meetings to expand his "staff". "

Speaking of, people talk about the GD method, but I rarely ever hear of anyone actually using his products
I guess there is a sub cult of Detail Juice users, or there used to be, but it just seems off the radar these days
Anyone here use his RW product?

Without looking it up I would have to say that product line has probably long been over

Detail Juice – Detailing Simplicity, Re-Imagined
The website appears functional
I don't know why but his claims and his demeanor in his videos always gave me the snake oil salesman feeling, which probably kept me from ever trying it, even when I was buying and using original ONR
It was the hoopla from ONR that caused me to look here and on Autopia back in the day and to originally join up
