Help my MTM Hydro foam canon no longer works!!!
I have recently purchased an MTM Hydro foam canon due to a great flash deal on Amazon. I received the product and it was for the Karcher electric pressure washer (washer attachment included). It worked perfectly the first time using it with my K5 washer in FL, which is where I tested it before taking it with me.
2 weeks later I'm here in Europe and wanted to wash my car. The K5 I have in Europe is the newer model with the new body style, but the machine and the canon didn't get along from the beginning (machine works perfectly with all other attachments). The K5 here pulses water through the canon, no continuous stream (I would say 3 second intervals of water, then pause, then water again, and so on). What could be causing this?
I had a K2 lying around, and although it didn't produce the same foam like the K5 in FL, it still worked continuously (my short term fix). However, today (after the 4th time using the canon), it seemed to have stopped making any foam at all... It just sounds like it is sucking air, but there is still a vacuum when I place my finger over the inlet hose in the bottle.I'm annoyed with the MTM at this point.
Is there any potential fix for either of these issues?
Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion or fix!
