    CCS, Flat or Hydro?

First of all, I'm looking to get some new pads for my Meguiars DA.

I have currently got 5.5" CCS pads, after switching from the 6.5" CCS pads.
The 5.5" pads are so much better to use, BTW.....

Anyway, reading on the forums (not just this one) seems alot of people prefer the flat pads over the CCS ones for DA's.

Are the new hydro-tech pads all that they're cracked up to be, or are they just hype?
All I keep on getting is info about pad failures and separation.

Seems the more I read, the more round in circles it goes.

There is nothing wrong with my CCS pads, I just don't have enough.

    Thanks in advance!

Cheers Cee Dog, I've read those threads.
It says that you use them exclusively? I guess you like them then!
    How have yours been lasting?

Keep the Hydro's clean between panels and make sure when you wash them that they are completely dry before using them again.I find the Hydro's don't last as long as the CCS ones but they able to correct defects faster then the CCS.
