I don't know if that's true for all sealants, but I do know that Blackfire is formulated to be about 80% cured by the time you wipe it off.

I find spray waxes work preety good in the Winter. Just apply after you wash and dry the car.. Not sure how practical it is in areas were the avg high is below freezing.
