    Hello, as a update, I did call Customer Service and they were very friendly. They suspect that the age of product had something to do with the difficulty in use as it may have thickened and that is why I noted the age. I did not expect that they would refund or provide a new product. They did offer to extend a good discount and free shipping to help with the cost of finishing my truck and the next vehicle. I am pleased with the result.
