Uber Ceramic questions
Does a person usually just go right over factory badges/painted side moldings with this stuff? I'm curious as to how to get the coating down to the paint inside the lettering with an applicator...Also looks like I might have some sort of an edge protector on my front door edges that is rubbery, but looks to be factory painted maybe? Does a person go right over this as well?
Lastly, if I am polishing on say a Tuesday and can't apply until say Saturday, is the vehicle safe to drive without risking tearing up the polish job? Might be 200 miles for the time in between, mostly highway time...Thanks!!

Re: Uber Ceramic questions
Looks NICE!! I've been debating on going with this product or going with a sealant/wax combo....I just wasn't sure as I have 0 experience with coatings...The idea of experimenting on my newer vehicle doesn't sound too appealing...

Don't sweat it; Uber Ceramic is as easy to apply as some sealants...just work panel by panel, follow directions.

Re: Uber Ceramic questions
So, quick question or two....What do I use to spruce it up (maintenance)? And, at the end of 1-3 years (however long it ACTUALLY lasts), what the process, re-polish and reapply?

Yes at the end of its life you would polish and reapply. As far as maintenance goes all I have done is use Reset as a shampoo (no wax or gloss enhancers to affect the coatings properties) and twice used overcoat as a drying aid. I do have Essence+ that if I find any defects to use to correct but with my color they are almost impossible to find as I found out while polishing.

Have had good luck with monthly toppings using:
Gyeon Cure
Gyeon Wetcoat
Other non-PBMG SiO2 maint. product works quite nicely as well.
Wash with something that leaves no glossing agents behind like Gyeon Bathe although WG Auto Bathe didn't interfere with Uber inherent properties that much last summer.
