How to get under the Wing Foil

Hi my first car to practice on has a wing foil on the back. Does anyone have any hints in how to polish/clean/wax under those things. Even with small hands I don't think I'll get it very well.
I search for this thread but couldn't find any others sorry for a duplicate if you want to point me in the right direction that would be great.

Can you put your polish/wax/cleaner on a towel and do it shoe shine fashion? Run your towel though and pull it back and forth.

Do your best by hand and use a true glaze to hide anything left over if desired, or remove it and polish by machine.

Thanks guys I'll look to see if removing is do-able. Good thing its my son's car and he won't notice if I don't get every spot he has a large dent in the passenger door won't be wonderful but will give me some practice with the new pc.
