No, 10:1 is correct. The ratio is parts water to parts product, so it's 10 parts water to 1 part glass cleaner. See this thread for clarification:

Re: ONR Glass cleaner
ONR works fine as a glass cleaner. I prefer the Meg's or just steam for the inside windows.

Re: ONR Glass cleaner
I have a hard time finding glass cleaners that I actually enjoy using not only in ease of use but in the results, but Autoglym Fast Glass is great stuff and is so easy and, well, fast.

I bought a 32. oz concentrate sampler (which will make me I think 2 and 1/2 gallons of glass cleaner) from ADS, since it would take me several lifetimes to use 11 gallons of glass cleaner, and I've barely made a dent in my supply. Sprayway glass cleaner is awesome as well.
I've tried many glass cleaners over the last 20 years and none of them have impressed me like the D120 has!

Re: ONR Glass cleaner
I've used ONR in QD dilution for windows with no problems. I also like Stoners IG and SprayWay cleaners as dedicated glass cleaners.
