cleaning oxidized/neglected 3 piece wheels (wheels with bolts)

so i own a set of racing hart type c 3 piece wheels and for a very long time i neglected them.
this is when i first purchased them

Before i knew anything about serious detailing i would just rinse them and give them a wipe down and that was it. Well over time the brake dust from my brembos + dirt and grime started getting worse around the bolts and on the actual bolts themselves. Ever since joining here i have taken the time to improve the appearance and have recently got them looking decent but i can tell theres roomf or improvement. I got them to a point where they look good and have placed some collinite 845 on them while i get some tips from you guys

For the actual lips i tried mothers products using the powerball, neverdull, blue magic and recently used CG ultra fine metal wax/polish which seems to have brought back the shine on the lips..

now im not 100% sure but i beleive my wheels have 36 bolts and i cant find a way to clean the bolts themselves and around them without using a microfiber towel and jamming my finger repeatedly on the bolts and every sections takes about 4-6 passes and the end result is still a dull finish .

Is there a tip you guys could share with me or an idea to speed the process up and restore the shine. Shops will charge anywhere from $200-$400 to take them apart and repolish them which at that point i might as well purchase new lips entirely.
Also would help on a detail ill be doing soon a friends car who owns neglected ccws with the same issue as mine

These are uncoated aluminum wheels btw ( learned the hard way ) lol

Do you have a soft short handle brush? it can help clean around those bolts nooks and crannies also a Daytona speed master Jr is good too now as for shine on the bolts use your power ball never dull, etc on them it that dont work then make a project to take the wheels apart and polish each bolt till your happy with the shine
