Re: Tips on removing lint from felt seals?

2011 Chevy Cruze also has felt door seals. At least it's not around the sunroof like the OP. I guess it helps keep it quiet? It's a pretty silent ride even at highway speeds. I would appreciate an easier solution to the washmitt lint problem as well. Guess I should invest in a chenille washmitt to prevent further lint buildup. Do the chenille ones not shed lint like white microfiber ones do? Maybe a black one at that in case they do.

the cheapest and easiest method. put the glove on and use your hand to sweep the lint into a pile. in your other hand hold the shop vac hose and suck everything in the pile up.

Most likely not sticky enough. That is for removing dust. The felt really grabs onto the lint and it's very hard to get out. When duct tape can't grab it, that probably won't either.
