    for interior it would be ok, but i wouldnt use one on paint, the foam on them is fairly large cell structure and definately doesnt feel paint safe. i used them for interior and rubber dressing.

    In my use, I only use them on trim. I just preferred the this foam over the foam they sell for trim. As always, if in doubt, try a test spot.
