    Removing dried buffing compound

Hello I am trying to remove leftover dried buffing compound. I have used warm water and soap, 3M Clean & Shine, and compound to re-hydrate the dried compound and so far no luck. I know some same vegetable oil but will this damage the clear coat? What about a steam cleaner?
    Thanks

Try a dedicated prep like Gyeon Prep or something equivalent. That should do it.
