Is there a difference between Home Depot Satin Black vs Rustoleum Satin Black?
Is there a difference between Rustoleum's Satin Black and having HD make up some Satin Black paint, exterior? I am painting a set of alumin. wheels and I have been reading some old posts on restoring alum wheels and the folks were using Rustoleum, in a pourable can Not A Spray Can. This is the way the manufacturer was doing it, by pouring the black paint to get a perfect line.

Go with the Rustoleum which will be oil based.
Don't let them sell you exterior latex paint.
